Bad Girl Sara

Sara is excited and honored to be a Be Bad Hip Hop instuctor in Fort Collins! A self-proclaimed nerd, Sara is a former English teacher turned high-school librarian. According to her mom (who’s from Colombia and from whom Sara gets her "Latin Flava"), Sara began dancing when she started to walk—always on tip-toe! Ballet, jazz, flamenco and hip hop followed. While Sara loves to dance, her first passion is helping others which is why she is so happy to be a part of Be Bad Hip Hop, where the joy and energy of dance have the power to positively impact the rest of your life! Not only is dancing the ultimate workout—you get cardio, muscle-strength-&-flexibility AND brain exercise (which this nerd loves!)—but you also get to have fun with people of every age and experience-level.
